'Family Workout - Mums and Kids Fitness (BE A SUPER FIT FAMILY)/EPISODE 3'

'Family workout at home - mums (and dads) and kids fitness workout in 25 minutes. This workout has been designed to get you energised, fit for sports and to help adults tone up! It\'s designed by 2 kids, Luca and Poppy Warr and made for kids (aged 4 upwards) and their mums and dads so we hope you have a lot of fun! There are 10 exercises with easier versions of the exercises for any mums who recently had a baby or are returning to fitness and more challenging, speedier versions of the exercises.  If you recently had a baby and are following this with your older children, please make sure you have had your postnatal check and you are fit and well to exercise before attempting this workout.'
