I come from a bodybuilding style training background but have recently made the move to heavy training because being strong is becoming more and more important to me.  I know how to correctly set up, that\'s not the issue, the issue is when I lock my traps and lats in and bring my butt up to complete my arch I get horrific cramping in my left QL and my mid traps which are so painful it is impossible to continue.  11:20 Hi Jason.
