'0:07 Hey Jason could you give some insight on why 10% resets help to overcome stalls on progression 3:00 hey coach! after watching the video where you talked about low fat intake and injuries I went on and did my own research about it, but would like to see what else you have to say about it, since I do follow a low fat diet in terms of % of total intake. wouldnt say its low fat maybe because I do have a intake of over 5000, so my 10% is actually close to atleast 50g/day. could you go further into the topic? would love to hear what you have to say, thanks! 5:45 Best recovery methods?
