Get into the press up position. Now bend your elbows and put your weight onto the forearms. Make sure the weight should not be on the hands. The body should be absolutely in a straight line from the shoulder up to the ankles. Then start sucking the belly button into your spine as much as you can. Now hold this position for as long as you can and repeat. You can do a set of 3 for best results.  The plank exercise improves our posture gradually if performed on a regular basis.
