'This shoulder workout was all about getting outside of my comfort zone. Trying out different moves that challenged my strength, stamina and provided me with different stresses. Try it out and challenge yourself!   Z Press  ~ 4 x 10   Standing Single Arm Military Press ~ 4 x 10 (increasing weight) ~ 10 reps per arm   \"Around the World\" superset with Lateral Raises  ~ 4 x 12  ~ 12 \"AtW\" & 12 Laterals  ~ Don\'t let go of the DBs   Incline Static Front Delt Holds superset with Close Grip Front Delt Presses  ~ 4 x 8, 4 x 12  ~ 8 static reps followed by 12 reps on the presses   Face Pulls  ~ 4 x 12   As always, thanks for watching.
