'https://www.thailandfitnessbootcamp.com Check out Ian\'s video testimonial taken after he attended the January 25th - February 1st Fresh Start Fitness Holiday Bootcamp at the Spa Resort Chiang Mai. Ian attended one of our boot camp holidays in November 2011 and lost 4.5 kilo\'s. He lost a further 4 kilo\'s at the January 2013 fitness retreat here at the luxury Spa Health and fitness resort in Chiang Mai Thailand. Ian attended our fitness holiday program to kick start a change in lifestyle, to instill a love of exercise and to spring board himself to be healthier and more active. He said he loved the exercise and the food was also terrific and it was nice not having to decide what to eat each day. Ian said he would definitely come back to the Fresh Start fitness bootcamp Thailand.'
