'60-day fitness challenge at home(day33-45) | eat healthy | workout | feminine body shape'

'Hi guys, this is 3rd update to my 60-day fitness challenge at home. This video includes what I eat and what I do for exercises from day 33 to day 45. By the end of day 45, I lost about 17 lbs, and my body fat percentage drops from 29% to 23%. Body fat percentage, tells me how much my body is composed of fat and it is far more capable of determining how my body shape looks like. In the past 45 days, I did a lot of HIIT and cardio workouts to burn calories, and now I will incorporate some resistance training into my daily routine to build and tone muscles.
