'Treadmill Workout at Planet Fitness - July 11, 2019'

'I\'ve been going to Planet Fitness to work out - mainly using the tread mill - since early February. I started off burning 400 calories per hour (incline level from 1-6, speed 3.4) and then gradually worked my way to burning a daily average of 800 calories per hour (incline level 15 tops, speed 3.5). My exercise routine is in conjunction with the 10 In 20 Detox Program by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, a diet program based mainly on eating whole foods and eliminating fat, oil, sugar, flour, salt and processed foods. So far I have lost 25 lbs. I am trying to lose another 5 lbs. so I could feel my abs! But overall, I have never felt nor looked this great. And my doctor would agree!'
