'30-Minutes to Fitness  \"Athletic Conditioning Vol 2\"'

'\"Athletic Conditioning Volume 2\" has two 30 minute workouts.   Workout One is a conditioning workout that utilizes only one pair of moderate dumbbells.  This conditioning workout is low impact and focus driven.  The moves are designed to increase strength and mobility with the progression of compound moves.  They key to its effectiveness is the targeting of minor muscle groups to achieve a stronger, leaner, more flexible body from head to toe. Workout two is a stretch and abdominal session.  The beauty of this session is that Kelly infuses the stretch and the ab work, tricking you into doing more of both than you are expecting...without any dread factor!
