'Hi babes✨✨  I am back with another workout video. In this video I just take you guys through ONE set of a couple leg/glute workouts I do at the gym. In order to grow those glutes and leg muscles, you\'re going to want to progressively overload and obviously diet is keyyy you must be in a calorie surplus in order to feed those muscles that you just ripped at the gym.
