'hey guys in this video Coach Matt gives us 3 squat tips to increase your squat. Doesn\'t matter if you high bar back squat, or low bar back squat these tips will help everyone! When it comes to the squat the number one way to get a stronger squat would be to squat more! So we are large advocates of increasing frequency. The second tip given is to slow the squat down, literally by doing tempo squats. They suck, but they work it also helps you work on your squat form because of the added tempo.
