One Leg Front Push: 2 x 7-12 repetitions per side 3. One Leg Bent Over Row: 3 x 7-12 repetitions per side 4. One Leg Barbell Press: 2 x 7-12 repetitions per side 5. Overhead Walk: 2 x 10-20 steps per side 6.
