Grab your mat, get the cards and deal us in! The number determines how many and the suit is the exercise.  Hearts - Jumping Jacks Diamonds - Push Ups Clubs - Plank Jacks Spades - Squats  Joker - Burpee   RBC On Campus at UVic is here bringing awareness to the importance of your mental health with these At Home Workouts.
