We will perform supersets, straight sets, and circuits today for 30 seconds using only our bodyweight. I will include a sports theme for every exercise but you don\'t have to have played a sport to do this workout! If you\'ve ever done a cardio workout with me, you will do great! Turn up the intensity and GO CRUSH IT!  Exercises:  Basketball:  1. Lateral Defensive Slides  2. Rebound Jump and Pivot  3. Side step and turn pass 4. Side to side Jumping Jacks  Soccer 5. Toe Taps 6. Forward Kick and Lunge switch  7. Throw in sit ups Skiing 8. Ski Hops  9. Ski agility hops  10. Ab Hold ski pulls  Track & Field  11. Sprint and Backpedal  12. Forward kick and bent knee tap \"Hurdles\" 13. Seated Upright Jackknives \"Long Jump or triple Jump\" 14.
