'25 Minute Cardio Workout For Beginners You Can Do At Home. No Equipment Needed!'

'Time to sweat with a 25 minute beginner to intermediate cardio workout with no equipment.  Before you start, please go through the video quickly to understand about the movements and don\'t forget to warm up.  Title: The Unlikely Cardio Time: 25 Minutes Equipment: No Equipment Required  How It Goes:  This is a straight forward 4 sets cardio workout for beginners and intermediate levels. All you have to do is follow along the video and complete each exercise for 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest and rest for 45 seconds.  1) Front and Back Sprint 2) Borrower Squat 3) Front and Back Bear Crawl 4) Side to Side Push Up 5) Extended Plank Run 6) Crunch Combo Toe Touch  Optional Finisher:  Sprint in place for 2 minutes. Each time you stop to rest, pause the timer and complete 5 knee push up.
