His gym workout plan is designed in a way to give him stronger bones, improved metabolism and most importantly a sound and peaceful sleep.  However, apart from hitting the gym, Sushant Singh Rajput includes training in martial arts and other recreational activities in his regimen that helped him get into the shape he is now.'
