'Here is a short video of a typical Fitness Kickboxing class at The HardCore Gym. We are the only facility in Athens offering a true Fitness Kickboxing experience taught by professional fighters. Every participant gets their own heavybag. This isn\'t punching mitts with a partner so only one of you gets to workout at a t...ime. Nor are we kicking and punching into the air.
