'Macebell / Sledgehammer HIIT Workout - Beginners follow along class 2'

'SURVIVOR level workout  Following on from our first Steel Mace Beginners HIIT Class we have the slightly more complex and progressed 2nd workout. You can use a sledgehammer for your fitness boost or a Macebell if you own one. Allow around 45 - 60 min to complete the workout including the warm up, demo, workout and cool down.  This class is ideal for beginners though more advanced Macebell users might like to try the harder versions of each exercises or push themselves faster for the timed sets.
