'Hi Everyone! We kick start our day by running up to the Big Buddha here in Phuket (hosted by Titan Fitness Phuket). Afterwards, we have a light breakfast at Titan Fitness before doing private Muay Thai classes in the afternoon.  At the moment, we are spending 1 week of our one month fitness vacation training at Titan Fitness while staying at Cocoville resort.
