NO BEEPS, NO COUNTDOWN NEEDED: just follow me and THE MUSIC, which includes all necessary signals.  New exercice each 30 seconds. NO REST IN BETWEEN, but of course if you need a break, just take it ;)  This quick & effective workout will help you increase strength and endurance for all levels.
