'My plan was to make a quick training video training harder than last time but accidents happen and since I was recording, I figured I\'d go ahead and upload it!  Hindsight is 20/20 but please go ahead and comment below how much of a dumbass I am. This was 100% preventable but the level of caution associated with the Titan Fitness roller j-hooks makes them completely useless to me. Safety is paramount in my garage gym and I probably would never use these again, 30% user error, 70% product design.
