'Welcome Back to Herb-O-Matic, please subscribe!  Today I\'m going to start my home gym build with the Titan Fitness F.I.D. bench.  I cover the unboxing and assembly in detail, along with a small modification that improves the bench.  This bench is $199.99 including shipping, I think it is a bargain.  They carry another FID bench that has a single front post but I share a modification that takes zero time and makes this bench as good or better in my opinion for $50 bucks less! The socket set above has the sockets you need.  You could also use the adjustable wrenches linked above if you want to save money, but it will make the job slower.    Note: deviating from the instructions can be dangerous, changing the balance point of the bench.  Make modifications at your own risk, I accept no responsibility for your actions.  Update 8/7/20:  I have used the bench alot since the video and it is pretty awesome, I love the mod, it keeps the brace away from my feet.  Flat feet on floor for bench press, feels better!'
