'Titan Fitness FID Bench Single Foot'

Now sold with single foot pad in front. Have seen a number of reviews that pointed out that though a favorable review was earned, improvement in the base at the front of the bench was needed. Evidently Titan was listening because here comes the Titan Fitness FID single foot. This bench looks the same as the the previous bench from what I can see other than the single foot pad.  The pad is about 2.25 Thick and firm. The covering looks nice and stitching good on the one I received. Will need a follow up video after some time has past to speak to durability. The assembly of this bench was pretty easy and took about 30 minutes. Its a good solid bench at about 81 lbs. It was rock solid flat on the floor. The height of the bench to top of pad is 18.25 inches compared to the 17 inch flat bench press they sell.  How does it compare to REP. Well I don\'t currently have a REP bench to make that distinction but in design they look comparable. One fact for certain is that I have tried to get a REP bench but they haven\'t had one available any time I\'ve looked which is often. I would have liked to compare.  So maybe one plus here is that this bench has been available. One knock for me against the bench in all honesty is the fact they seem to have raised the price 50.00 for the single pedestal base being there which mysteriously happens to be about  the same price REP is charging for the REP FID. Did we really have to do that Titan? At any rate at least the price is the same not higher.  I like the bench. The 20 degree decline works though not as steep a decline as commercial benches you see in the gym its a workable decline. For more aggressive declines you may want to try the 449.00 Adjustable bench on the Titan site or go with a flat out commercial decline bench and pay commercial prices.  I give the Single foot Titan FID bench a thumbs up for home gym use.'
