This workout is excellent for beginners or those who are overweight. The exercises are low impact and gentle on the knees. Simple exercises to get you started, yet extremely effective.   The goal is to just keep moving with me throughout this workout. Your heart rate will increase, and you\'ll burn lots of calories and fat. You\'ll be burning an average of 200 - 300 calories depending on your speed of walking, workout intensity, fitness level, and also body composition.   Duration: 26 minutes Exercise Interval: 40 secs Work - 20 secs Rest (Repeat twice) Difficulty Level: Beginners Estimated Calories Burned: 200 - 300 Cals  EXERCISES 1. Side Knee Crunch  2. Double Step Cross Crunch  3. In-Out Step Touch & Reach 4. Forward & High Punches 5. Punch & Block 6. Low Impact Skaters 7. Step Front Kicks 8. Side Leg Raise & Punch 9.
