'6 Minute Abs Workout with no equipment! Train with me and try this ab challenge workout at home.  Easy to follow along, each exercise is performed for 30 seconds followed by 1 minute rest in between each set (2 rounds).  1. Alternating lying leg raises 2. In and outs 3. Toe touches 4. Bike 5.
