'Lina\'s Workout - Day 31 | #2'

'Hello again! this is my 31st attempt to slim up!     See i was obese and I tried and tried and tried to slim up             this was my 31st attempt.  Obesity sucks and that\'s why even though you aren\'t obese you should      still workout.  I use HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)  Sircuit 1 [5set] Calf raise 20reps Squats 4reps Squats + calf raise 4reps Squat jump 4reps Jumping jacks 10reps Highkness 10 reps  Circuit 2 [4set] Jumping jacks 10reps Squats front kicks 4reps Jumping jacks 10reps Squats to chest 4reps Wall push 20reps  Circuit 3 [3set] Lunges each leg 2x  #obesitysucks'
