'How to do Professor Attila\'s 5 pound dumbbells workout'

'This video demonstrates the way of doing Attila\'s 5 pound dumbbells exercises. If you had difficulties understanding how to perform those exercises by just looking at the pictures in his book, then you can use my video as nothing is left to imagination in it. I think it can take 30-40 minutes to start and finish Attila\'s light dumbbells exercises, depending on whether you do minimum reps or maximum. These exercises to be performed daily. But I\'d steer clear from daily routine since they are a good way of getting tendinitis in your elbows. Perhaps it\'s possible to replace 50-100 reps range for the first two exercises with much less reps and much heavier dumbbells to avoid the risk of tendinitis.
