'16yr old tries The US Army Fitness Test without practice'

'Today I try the US Army Fitness challenge without any practice to see if im good enough..  #Workout #Challenge Today we’re doing the US ARMY FITNESS test, there are 2 versions, the original one is purely bodyweight, so that’s what we’re going to do.  Most pushups in 2 minutes Most situps in 2 minutes a 2 mile/3.2km run as fast as possible  If we fail 1 by doing less than required, we fail the test, so also the running rest time between exercises is max 20 minutes. and a minimum of 10.
