'I Attempted the US Army Fitness Test without practice'

'I Attempted the US Army Fitness Test without practice  Today we’re doing the US ARMY FITNESS test, there are 2 versions, the original one is purely bodyweight, so that’s what we’re going to do.  42 pushups in 2 minutes 53 sit-ups in 2 minutes a 2 mile/3.2km run in 15 minutes  If we fail 1 by doing less than required, we fail the test, and i will have to smash an egg on my head. so also the running rest time between exercises is 2 minutes and before the run is 5 mins  Instagram- Yummy._.bleach  MAKE SURE TO SUBSCRIBE FOR GOOD LUCK!  and if you see this hit the like button with your ear (they say its impossible)'
