'18 Landmine Exercises to Spice Up Your Workout'

'The landmine can be one of the most valuable implements available when it comes to working with certain exercises. I’ve become a huge fan because they allow for free movement and make otherwise “difficult” exercises easier to learn. Plus, in cases where you need heavier loads, heavy dumbbells can only go so far until other limiting factors set in (e.g., grip).  On top of its versatility, the landmine adds an extra element to vertical exercises by incorporating a horizontal component (and vice versa). So something like a strict overhead press can be made a bit easier and more shoulder-friendly for anyone who has shoulder mobility issues, and “grease the groove.” Plus, practically every landmine exercise targets the core in some way, since 1) we’re changing up the center of gravity, 2) the bar is often held to one side or 3) the core needs to be braced against heavier weight.'
