'Average Guy Tries the US Army Fitness Test Without Practice'

'Hey guys! Thanks for watching! This challenge was really fun to do, and I\'m so glad I passed lol. If you guys wanna try it for fun and see if you could potentially meet the army\'s physical fitness standards, then you should definitely do it. Again, it\'s 2 minutes of pushups, 2 minutes of sit-ups, and a 2 mile run. Also, make sure you have 10-20 minutes rest between each event. The standards vary by age and gender, so you\'d have to look up what the requirements are for you. If you\'re a male that is 22-26 years old, however, you can use the standards that I was following in the video. Anyway I hope you guys enjoyed this video!
