'In this video I trained at Everlast Fitness Club in East Kilbride. Hitting a lovely leg session This is a new gym for me and I would definitely go back for a session & get in that sauna!   Also, in this video I give a little tour of some famous landmarks in Glasgow during a chill cycle. Some how I always end up doing cardio on my leg days but since my time back in Scotland is limited I couldn’t help myself!
