Here\'s the setup: Mobility Flow DB Split Squats- 10 reps per leg repeat for 5 sets  DB Bench Press- 10 reps repeat for 5 sets  DB Goblet Squats- 15 reps  repeat for 2 sets  Chin Ups- 12 reps repeat for 5 sets  Dips- 15 reps repeat for 5 sets  DB Bicep Curls- 10 reps alternating grips and repeating for 4 sets  Finish with 5 minutes of walking lunges, Enjoy!
