'How the Camp Rhino Gym Helped Me Enjoy Exercise and Finally Keep the Weight Off'

'I’m Julie Johnston the owner of Camp Rhino and when I first started the gym I was 65 pounds heavier and I longed for the feeling I got when I was doing sports in school. I wanted the endorphins from exercise and I definitely wanted my old body back. I wanted an exercise program that was motivating and effective. I kept losing the weight and then I would gain it back over and over again because I didn’t ENJOY the process. Once I was able to develop an eating and exercise program that I enjoyed doing every day, one that kept me motivated and excited to stick with, I was able to keep my weight off once and for all.  We have spent almost 2 decades testing, tweaking, rebuilding and experimenting with programs at our gym to get to the programs we have to offer you today. We have finally figured out how to solve our members health and fitness problems long term in a way they can enjoy for life.
