'Join me for a jam packed 30 (ish) minutes of barre inspired cardio, core, and adductor work! We\'ll move through a warmup, followed by alternating sections of cardio, standing leg work, and core work, all targeting the inner thighs. Minimal props are needed: Something for balance, a pilates ball or similar object, and a resistance band in loop form (all optional). Enjoy this workout!
