'Model Body Workout 1- Butt Shaper | Caroline Pearce'

'For this series I teamed up with the founders of Kalumi Health Beauty Food Bars, Chrissy Blair and Jayla Harnwell, two model girlfriends who have launched an all natural, high protein, collagen infused beauty bar. The series consists of 3 workouts each focusing on a different body part with a mix of cardio moves and strength based muscle isolation exercises. It\'s a female focused series, given the nature of the moves, but men can most definitely benefit from isolating their muscles and the cardio component too.  I\'ve kicked things off with the \'butt shaper\' (well why not!) that will lift, strengthen and firm your posterior over time and commitment to following the series. Aim to complete 1-2 x per week as follows:  40 seconds per exercise, 3-5 rounds, 60 seconds rest between rounds. Progress by increasing the number of rounds and reducing the rest time.
