'This abs workout is a challenge!! It will focus on the upper and lower abs for 15 minutes with about 5 seconds rest between each exercise so becomes very tough!! This ab workout can be done anywhere... all you need is a mat and some determination! Try to relax, hug knees in at any point needed and if you see me stop for a second, that doesn’t mean you should!!
