Our Patreon Fitness Calendar program focus this month is on shedding excess winter layers and reaching your healthy weight. Many Patreons have expressed a desire to lose weight, so this month I’ve designed our Patreon monthly calendar to help you do just that. Our program will be more robust with videos while still keeping the time commitment between 30- 60 minutes per day.  Of course, you ALWAYS have the option to personalize the calendar to meet your unique, individual needs. So if the day\'s assignment is a chair cardio workout and you don\'t like the seated classes, you can substitute one of my standing low impact cardio routines and vice versa. Or if you are doing exercise outside of our program (like training for an event or participating in a yoga class, you can use the calendar to complement that.   You know me…. I\'m all about efficiency and effective workouts that bring results. I want you to do something for yourself every day because weight loss takes effort, focus, and commitment. But I’m here to remind you, sustainable weight loss doesn\'t involve going to extremes or yo-yoing. You CAN learn how to lose weight in a healthy way and find balance in your body. I’m here to guide you step by step.
