A more private, low impact, and beginner friendly equipment; this is ideal for women, beginners, re-hab, and senior citizens. Guided through the workout via a \"Light System\" which signifies when to begin and end your sets. This room incorporates both the cardio and resistance factors of your workout in just one room.
