Protein Pasta Ingredients : - 100 grams of whole wheat fusilli pasta - 1 cup zucchini, cut into small cubes (about one medium zucchini) - 1 cup Yellow & Red bell pepper, cut into small, square cubes (about one small bell pepper or Half big bell pepper) - 1 cup Green capsicum cut into small, square cubes. - 1/2 red onion, cut into small, square cubes   - 3 cloves of garlic, chopped - 1/2 cup black olives, cut into rings - 50 grams of Soya Granules - 1/2 Cup of sweet corns  - 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil - Salt, Oregano seasoning, chilli flakes, to taste - Dr. Oetkar’s Pasta Pizza sauce  Instructions : - Boil the pasta in plain water until gets soft and drain and set aside in strainer. - Soak the soya granules in hot water for 5 minutes or microwave for 1.30 minutes and drain and set aside in strainer. - Boil the sweet corns in plain water for 10 minutes and drain and set aside in strainer. - In a large pan, heat some oil and sauté the chopped Garlic, Red onion for about 2 minutes. - Then add the square cubes of zucchini, the yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, capsicum, cook for another 3 minutes. - Add the boiled soya granules and cook for another 5 minutes. - Add the boiled pasta & sweet corns and the rest of the ingredients.  - Add 2-3 tablespoons of Dr. Oetkar’s Pasta Pizza Sauce and mix well and Stir for 5 minutes. - Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with Oregano seasoning, chilli flakes. - Shift the Pasta in serving bowl.
