'Model Body Workout 3 - Lean Arms | Caroline Pearce'

'Here\'s the third and final workout from the series - feel the burn and tone your arms, back and shoulders with these high octane upper body exercises using dumbbells.  Alongside Kalumi Health founders and models Chrissy Blair and Jayla Harnwell you\'ll join me for a fun workout where you punch, drive and circle your arms into long, lean eye stopping sexy machines (well they won\'t actually get longer but they\'ll look it!). This one is fun. Select a dumbbell weight that allows you to complete the following:  40 seconds per exercise, 3-5 rounds, 60 seconds rest between rounds. Progress by increasing the number of rounds and reducing the recovery time.
