'So excited to do my second workout video with you guys. Repeat twice for an extra burning session! x  Exercises:  1. Plank (1 minute) 2. Bicycle Crunches (30 sec) 3. Jackknife (30 sec) 4. Sitting Crunch (30 sec) 5. Flutter Kicks (30 sec) 6. Leg Raise Hold (30 sec) 7. Scissor Kicks (30 sec) 8. Side Plank + Pump 30 seconds each on each side 9. Mountain Climbers (30 sec) 10.
