'Joseph Trevor Wicks MBE, also known as The Body Coach, is a British fitness coach, TV presenter, social media personality and author. His fitness method uses High Intensity Interval Training workouts. Because of his childhood struggles – having a mother with OCD & anxiety and a father with a heroin addiction – Joe is motivated to help others overcome their own issues with mental health through fitness.
