'Join PF Trainer Diego for a Rewarding Full Body Workout'

'Welcome back to another Planet Fitness video! For this one, PF Trainer Diego is in the PF 360 Area where he’ll take you through a full-body workout. Throughout the session, Diego will be using resistance bands, but if you don’t have any, he’ll provide modifications along the way. This workout was designed  for all fitness levels, so feel free to follow along, or go at your own pace.  For this warmup, you’ll be doing two sets of jumping jacks. Once you feel comfortable, you’ll head into the main circuit packed with simple exercises like squats, shoulder presses, bicep curls, and more. You looked AMAZING in that workout, do you feel it too?
