'Finesse 45 is a Pilates-inspired conditioning class that uses body weight and light weights This class is designed for the at-home workout so alternatives to the weights, such as bean can be used. The class will follow the basic principles of Pilates and is designed to be a class for all levels.   The basic principles of Pilates are: -effective breathing practice -pelvic, rib cage, shoulder, neck & head placement -effective core muscle engagement -conscious, controlled movement  At Finesse Maynooth, we recording these online fitness classes to help with our mission to keep people moving even during isolation due to the current pandemic.   This is a low impact class with high muscle burn. Strengthen your core with a mixture of strengthening, lengthening and mobility.
