This cardio routine is choreographed to \"What a Glorious Night\" by Sidewalk Prophets.  Today\'s fitness tip: One of the moves in this track is called a “heel stomp.” Heel stomps have you strike your heel against the floor and quickly bring it up again. The striking creates good stress that actually increases bone density! Be sure to monitor how hard you strike your heel – more isn’t always better. Simply making contact with the floor while you are wearing high quality workout shoes should do the trick!'
