The R11 brings the true ECG signal monitoring to a fitness band with some refinements to clean up the heart wave tracking for better analysis. You get both PPG calculated heart rate measured periodically for continuous monitoring, and detailed heart rate, blood pressure, fatigue monitoring and 30 second heart wave generation from measurements initiated either from the band itself or activated from within the tethered phone app. When triggered from the app, you can watch your separate ECG and PPG waves live on your phone, record them, convert them to PDF charts, and export them via email or social media.
