This cardio routine is choreographed to \"Born is the King\" by Hillsong.  Today\'s fitness tip: Exercise that has some complexity is not only good for you physically, but also cognitively (mentally). When you are forced to focus on the exercise, studies show that you get a better workout. In this song, you perform a squat/jumping jack combo that requires your brain to engage. You squat and jump out/in/out quickly, hold it, and then release the squat and jump in/out/in. Complex, right? That’s a good thing…for you physically and mentally!'
