I\'ve been pulling sumo almost exclusively over conventional for some time now just out of personal preference and because I\'m finding it feels better, maybe my form is better etc. I only train for personal health and fitness not to compete in powerlifting or anything like that. Is there any reason I should push myself to go conventional or would sumo alone be fine for general strength training? 8:05  If one can\'t train for 1-2 weeks during a cut, should he go into a caloric surplus(or at least maintenance) for a short period of time upon resuming training to regain strength faster and to lose less muscle overall? 9:18 I\'m basically a beginner. I started Stronglifts in April. I can now squat 170kg for 5 reps and deadlift 175kg for 5 reps yet my bodyweight (88kg) hasn\'t changed. Have I put on muscle mass and recomped? Or is neural adaptation still responsible for my continual progress?
