Thanks coach 7:23 Hey Jason, isn\'t the Conventional Squat superior to Box Squats because it uses a longer range of motion? 8:48 Hi Jason, my overhead press had stalled recently, but I found that adding more volume for my side delts in the form of lateral raises fixed the problem and the overhead press is progressing fine again. Unfortunately I am now getting pain in my upper traps, which feels like the start of an overuse injury. I already do deadlifts, overhead press, and rows and then with the laterals added I think the traps are getting overworked. Is there any exercise for the side delts that doesn\'t involve the upper traps much? Thanks for all the great videos!
